MovieBerry Review

I had been a client for a couple of months after being refered by a friend. I didn't have alot of trouble with downloading. If there was a movie that didn't download, I could contact tech support and they would get back to me promptly. I was very satisfied with the service until January 2010 when I tried to download 2 movies. I contacted tech support and asked if they could check the links because I would really like the movies I had purchased but were not able to receive from Movieberry.com. I was going on vacation and wanted to watch these movies while out of town on my laptop. Tech support didn't get back to me. I had emailed a few times because I wasn't sure if Movieberry was no longer. I still have a credit of $50 and cannot get in contact with anyone to either get my money back or get the movies I wasn't able to download. No one has tried to contact me. It has been a couple of months now and I feel that someone should have gotten back to me by now. I am disapointed in the service I have received and will not be refering Movieberry.com to anyone.
