Movie Berry sucks - they have numerous broken links and offer no customer support. I've experienced about a 30% falure rate or movies I purchased and tried to download only to get 502 Bad Gateway error - I've emailed them proiding the link each time and they have never responded to any request for service - try ZML.com instead - I haven't had problems with any downloads there - stay away from Movieberry
