I used to think movieberry was great - but then around December 2009 things changed. Now the site is so slow I can't get my downloads to complete even with the 48-hour window I'm given. Emails sent to the support group are returned as undeliverable. No way will I continue using the site. mcc

I have tried to cancel my movie berry account without success. They do not make it clear when you sign up for the 99c trial that you are subscribing and take over £25 from your account each month. Dont bother its a rip off piggywooo

beware movieberry. read the terms and conditions carefully. I signed up for a 99c try before you buy and they started taking a full £40 subscription from my account. Customer services are non existent, I tried to cancel my account and they ignored it, eventually I had to get my bank to stop payments but not until theyd taken £80 from my account for which I received nothing as their connection kept resseting and wouldnt allow me to download the movies I wanted to watch. Rip Off. Charlie

Movieberry.com is a rip-off. They charge your account 39.95 automatically when you go for the free trial. What a scam! Avoid them! Tell everyone you know! jlroyal

After paying the initial fee I was only able to download a few movies... NO OTHER movies were able to download after about 2 days, even though I paid the full fee of about $42. I emailed over and over and NEVER received a response. amsor1985

I can hardly ever download a whole movie. I can't trust it to download a whole movie, I'm on my 3rd try of Mons vs Aliens. Is there something I need to set so the download is completed?? Users of Movieberry should be aware that there is automatic re- occurring billing (£40 per month) for users of this site which is very difficult to stop once started. The billing process is not clear in the terms and conditions. I also doubt the legality of the site, do any of the royalties get payed to the artists? Stephen Allan
